  1. Always frustrating when a media subscription service loses rights. I was on the plane to Mumbai reading a book on Indian business culture. During layover in Hong Kong Safari Books called home and removed the book! 😡 Similarly, Crunchyroll killed a show I was halfway thru.

      I think services should be more proactive in notifying users when content is leaving the platform: eg. if you already have the item downloaded or it is queued up in a playlist. Surely the sense of urgency would increase engagement! So why not? Lack of time? Infra?
