Some good pts in here, but I think they miss two things on the biz model: 1) not all edtech is about data, a lot is about accessing HUGE public funds and funneling it into PE or hedge fund pockets; 2) "free" is not about the data but about switching costs and lock-in. @markoteras/1282641705171386369
