    1. The Ikkikoku Museum invited me to take part in a local volunteer guide group tour of Ashibe. These are all history nerds who know a ton about the island which is so awesome! I am learning lots. I am their fist gaijin, but since they are all double my age I REALLY stand out. 👼

      That was lots of fun! Learned a bunch and those folks are genki! Our guide was 85 years old. After saying goodbye in the parking lot to everyone, he jumped on his motorbike and took off! 😎🏍
