@dwvcd @wesinjapan @AlfieJapanorama Here is a map of our village. Marked in red are the properties that are 空き家。Quite a big %. People won’t rent or sell because it is in there family, or there are 5 siblings and there isn’t agreement on selling, etc etc. Pretty common in rural areas.
