  1. I’ve driven this route a number of times now. I grew up in the Rockies, so it is comforting to be swaddled in mountains. Today’s weather makes it feel more boxed in. LOTR “Misty Mountains” is rumbling in my head. I will be climbing one of these tomorrow, but it should be clear.
