      We drove out of Minami-aso and the giant caldera of the volcano, through some really rugged mountains that reminded me of driving to my hometown, visited a bunch of places, then back up and into the volcano and now we are on the north side of Mt Aso. Tomorrow is Volcano Museum 🌋

      Actually I have a few more pics from today’s adventure I can share: 1. selfie above the gorge 2. car parked beside me at the jinja - the guy caught me photographing and wasn’t too happy so I drove away quickly in case he was in the mood to “expel the barbarians” 3. No comment
