    @shochu_danji My wife thinks I should dedicate a chapter to Iki for my book on “Kyushu Firsts” since that is where shochu comes from and it DEFINITELY has had an effect on Japanese history+culture. But since you already wrote the book on it, maybe a reference? Or an ad? 😁
