@japaneur @ozAntinnippon @davidrmunson Thanks for that. I have been certainly getting more pregnant in my forties. I stopped eating meat about 5 years ago, but since I moved to a rural location and now have a car and work from home, I don’t get my daily walk/bike commute. This seems very doable.
