    @mijustin It’s amazing that I don’t use Facebook but I am totally locked into GR. I have tried many of the alts, the “Quantified Self” tracking can easily be replicated, but it is the network effect of GR’s social graph that keeps me there: ie seeing what everyone else is reading.

      @mijustin And that it was makes it so hard to compete. Building an SNS from ground-up is TOUGH. Do you compete by building it off the back of another (eg Twitter)? Seems dangerous. I would love to imagine a good GR Alt, but all I can think of are the problems. Maybe I am too cynical…
