    @laurie_ljg I am just eating twice a day: 11:30 lunch and 5PM dinner. No snacking (anti-snaxxer!) and drinking lots of water. Also trying to get a walk/ride in, and 2x at the gym. I do judo 2x a week with the kids. So hopefully enough to burn the fat away.
