            Been under the weather the past couple of days, but am back on the horse for Day 9 of #craigsgymclass. I will do 2 sessions tomorrow and Sunday to catch up. 1 min plank is getting me to feel the 🔥 (Sad I know, but gotta start somewhere 💪)

          #CraigsGymClass Day 11 DONE ☑️ And a double day. Been catching up on my missed days in the morning, and doing the scheduled days at night. Now up to 1min plank followed by 4x5 push-ups and 50 squats. A third the way through! 💪

      Worked like 10 hours today and ate terrible food. Lots of meetings. Headache. But I took it easy and still did today’s edition of #CraigsGymClass Halfway there!

          Was feeling under the weather yesterday, so skipped #CraigsGymClass. Today I did 2 sessions to maintain the schedule. 🪵 2m then 2m30s plank ↕️ 5x6 then 5x7 push-ups 🏋️ 65 then 70 squats I think I get extra bonus points since it is a fasting day!

            After taking a walk along the river with my daughter, checking out the herons and ducks, I came home and did my #CraigsGymClass. It was cloudy outside, but even now there is no rain and just a little wind in Kyoto. Typhoon basically passed us by 🤷‍♂️Seeing tons of damage on TV tho

              Yesterday was a rest day for #CraigsGymClass. I did the light squats and push-ups, but skipped the 2.5min plank to give my shoulders a rest. Today was full on. COMPLETE ✅ Plus I took a fast walk up the hill this morning too, so I feel good 💪 @chadkoh/1572383681561632769

                Missed out a couple days of #CraigsGymClass due to bad scheduling, so today is a catch-up day. Did 24 and 22. Tomorrow will be 25+23. Planks are too long now so I am breaking them up to Center, Left, and Right. Sides burning! 🔥 🔥 🔥

                  All caught up on #CraigsGymClass 💪 Only 5 days to go, 3 of which I will be travelling for. If I start doing squats+pushups in an airport you think they'll ground me? Maybe a good idea to wait until the hotel. I will have massive jetlag so will need something to do at night.

                    Day 26 down for #CraigsGymClass. So thankful for the plank break! Not happy about 4,4,4.5, and 5 planks coming up for the rest of the week 😢. Splitting them up into front, Left and Right has actually helped a lot, and I appreciate the more rounded core workout.

                      Got in Day 27 of #CraigsGymClass in between packing. 4m plank 90 squats 7x6 pushups Gonna have a shower and start heading toward the airport. Get into Lisbon in the evening tomorrow. Let’s see if I have the energy to do tomorrow’s work when I get to the hotel!

                        The 28th may be over in Japan, but I have cheated by traveling for 33 hours to a different timezone. So it is STILL day 28 for #CraigsGymClass and I knocked off some planks, push-ups, and squats before having a post journey shower. We can DO IT! 💪💪💪

                          Just had a massive late meal at a nice seafood joint in Lisbão, so it was a little tough coming home at 10pm and doing 4.5min of planks, 95 squats, and 2x5 push-ups for the second-to-last day of #CraigsGymClass… but I did! 💪

                            It’s still Sep 30th right? Right?! I finally did the final day of #CraigsGymClass after 2 weeks of morning-to-night corporate retreat, 40+ hrs of travel and days of jetlag. 5 mins plank 🪵 100 squats 🏋️ 5x10 push-ups 🙇‍♂️ 🤞#accountability
